She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Boak and Irene Boak (Ostendorf); her son Dan Robert; her siblings, Diane and Robert "Butch"; her parents-in-law, Dr. T. D. and Margaret Elbe; and her sister-in-law Kay.

She is survived by: her husband Danny D. Elbe; her children, Jeff Elbe (Deb), Mari-Kay Buchholz (Pete), Ted Elbe (Barb), Lisa Elbe, Christopher Elbe (Tracey) and Laura Kuerschner (Kevin); her grandchildren, Cori (Mike), Jake (Kaity), Sam, Abby, Ben, Emily, Andrew, Mitch (Kelly), Alexandrea Jack (Kim), Ryan, Kimberly, Matthew, Kyle, Miranda (Doug) and Cody Ann; and her great grandchildren, Keegan, Rowan, Madeline, Kenzleigh, Isabella (Bella), Audriana (Dwee) and Elliot. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
