Czelatdko (Cedarburg, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Pokorny and Rose Pokorny; her husband James Czelatdko; her children, Lawrence (Barbara), Susan Zalewski, Cynthia Kalas (Gary) and Dr. Daniel E. (Susan); her grandchildren, Daniel J. Czelatdko (Katie), Katie Apajalahti (Jaan), Nicholas Zalewski (Val), Natalie Alcaraz (Erik), Kelsey Czelatdko and Samuel Czelatdko; her great grandchildren, Peyton Czelatdko, Brady, Jackson Zalewski, Leila, Kiley Alcaraz, Weston, Nora Czelatdko and Lily Ann Czelatdko; her sister Dolores Hansen; her sister-in-law Nancy Dertz (Ray); her nephew Steven Coman (Camille); and her niece Rose Colonero (Larry). She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
