She was predeceased by: her parents, William Peterson and Madline Peterson (Nee Altman); her husband Darrell Francis Podewils; her sister Donna Manning; her parents-in-law, William and Leone Podewils; her brothers-in-law, Joseph Logsdon and John Manning; and her niece Peggy Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Nurkala, Mark Podewils (Lisa), Julie Edmonds (Charles "Ed") and Steven Podewils; her grandchildren, Paul Nurkala (Sherrie), Jim Nurkala, Sarah Tilque (Brett), Moriah Butler (Eric), Micaela Edmonds and Travis Edmonds (Felecia); her great grandchildren, Audrie, Lillyann, Natalie Nurkala, Lydia, Leo Tilque, Caroline, Allen Butler, William and Brielle Edmonds; her sister Mary Logsdon; and her sister-in-law Delores Podewils. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family and friends.
A celebration of life will be planned in post pandemic 2021.
