He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Tiernan and Ione Tiernan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tiernan; his children, Joseph Tiernan (Carol) and Elizabeth Klein (Daniel); and his brother John Tiernan (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
