He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Welch. He is survived by: his children, Tim Welch (Wendy), Sandy Welch and Chuck Schwamb (Janie); his grandchildren, Conor, Rory Welch, Terri Kruse and Nikki Schwamb; and his siblings, Terry Welch and Donna Noeske. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials to the American Cancer Society for pancreatic cancer research would be appreciated.
