He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Ann (Lees); his sons, Steve (Barb), Scott (Janice) and Bill (Kim); his sister Irene Gnacinski; his sister-in-law Natalie Tucholka; his grandchildren, Angela (Justin), Christina (Evan), Nicholas, Jennifer, Jenni (Matt), Garrett (Courtney) and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Haley, Tyler, Steven, Madison, Macalister and Scarlett; his parents, John Tucholka and Louise Tucholka; and his siblings, Margaret, Ruth, Dorothy, Jack, Robert and Carl.
In remembrance of David's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to either Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or Alzheimer's Association.
