It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher R. Defendi of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jeff DeFendi; his grandparents, Norbert, Muriel Going, Frank and Beth DeFendi; and his aunts, Marjorie DeFendi and Lisa Schlough.

He is survived by: his mother Becky DeFendi-Behrens (Richard); his brother Shane DeFendi (Lindsay); his fiancé Taylor Wyatt-Knowlton; his aunts and uncles, Cindy Petric (Peter), Teresa Hafemeister (Devin), Caralee Jacque (Jerry), Melissa Gierach (Kurt), Dennis DeFendi (Sue), Christine Moore (Jack) and Michael DeFendi; and his nephews, Caiden, Rylen, Kyler and Jayce DeFendi. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19, private family services will be held at First Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cedarburg.
