He is survived by: his parents, Peter Zak (Rosann) and Rita Spinella Olsen (Paul); his siblings, Natasha Saiz, Monica Hinze (Neil), Erica Theel (Eric) and Dennis Skarr (Paula); his nieces and nephews, Ella, McKenzie, Emma, Hazel and Sam; his aunts and uncles, Michael Zak, Karen Zak, Elizabeth Lundgren (Ron), Mary Zak-Holzer, Christopher Zak (Robin), Susan Zak and Mary Blasnig (Tony); and his cousins, Jessica Ramsey (Tavis), Orion Ramsey, Joshua Frias, Kacie Zak and Serafina.
