We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 75, Barbara M. Pernitz of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Mayr and Shirley Mayr; and her husband Frank Pernitz. She is survived by: her daughters, Erika Pernitz of Albuquerque and Heidi Pernitz of Wauwatosa; and her brother Dale Mayr (Nancy) of Mequon.

The Mass will be livestreamed, and will be available to watch at https://www.youtube.com lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society or to the United Performing Arts Center are suggested in Barbara's name.
