He was predeceased by: his father Vincent. He is survived by: his nephews, Michael and Gregg; his wife Carol Ann (Achatz); his brother Thomas (Chandra); his children, Michele, Michael (Shannon) and Gregg (Karen); his grandchildren, Kayla (Dustin), Ellie, Max and Luke; and his great grandchild Raelynn.
