She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emerson Welch and Ruth Welch; her brothers, Marshall and J. C.; her mother-in-law Lula Ross; her husband Samuel R. Allen; her son Barry (Linda); her grandchildren, David Allen (Stephanie) and Stacey Isaacson (Jon); her great grandchildren, Emma Allen, Natalie Allen, Haleigh Morton, Jessica Morton and Liam Isaacson; her nieces and nephews, Rock, John, Ruthie, Carol, Roy, Craig, Mark, Scott, Steve, Jerilyn, Greg and Gary; and also, Bob and Ralph.
She faced these challenges with a loving heart and determination, characteristics which likely made it possible to "carry on" during the current pandemic.
