He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve A. and Nellie Frank; and his sister Linda Frank. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Russell Frank (Jenni) of Kewaskum, Joseph Frank (Carey) of West Allis, Amanda Porter (Paul) of West Bend, Donavan Schmitt of San Diego, CA and Jordyn Andersen of Fredonia; his siblings, Ed Frank of Pembine and Karen of St. Francis; and also Koedinger of St. Francis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign, or to the family.
