She was predeceased by: her parents, Garret Preder and Jenny Preder (Decker); her husband Harold; her sons, Daniel Kempink and Garret "Gary" Kempink; her foster son Edward Soch (Marion); her siblings, Gordon Preder (Rhoda), Lloyd Preder (Josephine), Gerald Preder, Warren Preder (Grace), Rolland Preder (Joyce), Frederick "Fritz" Preder, Betty Sebald (Ardell) and Margaret Oehmichen (Ralph); and her brother-in-law Leslie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Risch (John) of Belgium and Debbie Kempink (Rich Steuerwald) of Kiel; her grandchildren, Dan (Jen), Jeremy (Kelly), Christopher, Amy Becker (Mark), David, Steven and Kevin Soch; her great grandchildren, Danika, Jacob, Autumn, Conor, Logan, Carter, Madison and Nathan; her great great grandchildren, Carson and Everly; her sister Rollen "Dick" Preder of Oostburg; and her sister-in-law Ellen Preder of Oostburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
