She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Reinke and Ethel Reinke (Butt); her husband James L. Kalkofen; and her sister Carol Hoppe (Dale). She is survived by: her sons, Lee Kalkofen, Sr., Scott Kalkofen (Linda), Steve Kalkofen (Kathy) and Stuart Kalkofen; her grandchildren, Lee Kalkofen, Jr., Kyle Kalkofen, Kelly Perisin (Jack), Megan Kalkofen, Jessica Kalkofen, James Kalkofen and Amanda Kalkofen; and her great grandchild Brianna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
