He was predeceased by: his father Walter Gipp; his son James; and his brothers, Bob Gipp and Frank Gipp. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Wetzel; his children, Janalee Wetzel (Larry), Victor Gipp and Jeff Gipp (Deb Noffke); his daughter-in-law Tina Gipp; and his siblings, Donald Gipp, Maynard Gipp (Marla) and Ruby. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
