Leonard Bauer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2020, at the age of 85, Leonard Bauer of Cazenovia, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bauer and Genevieve Bauer (Keller); his siblings, Louise Deitelhoff (Francis), Elmer Bauer (Helen), Francis Bauer (Margaret), Harold Bauer (Ann), Irene Owens (John), Marie Louis (Ralph), Conrad Bauer, Everett Bauer and Bernie Bauer; his sons, Phil Bauer and Mike Bauer; his son-in-law Dave "Frenchie" Frey; and his grandson Danny Bauer.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Wells; his sisters-in-law, Helen Bauer (Conrad) and Lenore Bauer (Bernie); his children, Elaine Nockerts (Kenny), Steve Bauer, Joyce Templin (Tim), Rodney Bauer (Amy Raspiller), Roger Bauer (Jen), Sheila Pickle (Dennis), Sharon Frey and Kathy Bauer (Rich Greenwood); and his daughters-in-law, Lisa Bauer (Mike) and Amy Cunningham-Bauer (Phil). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Len was later diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, Erma and the family provided care at home until his condition necessitated admission to the memory wing at the Sauk County Healthcare Center.
