He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Drea and Marie Drea (Rego); his wife Thelma Perugini; his brothers, Jack, Tom and Mike Drea; and his son-in-law Greg Branson.
He is survived by: his children, Marie Branson, Jim Drea (Dawn), Michelle Drea, Tammy Grezenski (Randy), Kim Michalko (Dean), Ryan Drea (Hannah), David Hertel, Kimberly Richtmyre (Earl), Susan Hertel and Robert Hertel Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Gregory Branson (Mari), Steven Branson (Kirby), Alanna Johnson (Tyler), Anna Brice (Jeremy), Alicia Rasmussen (Cole), Len Jessen (Lisa), Cody Clay, Bryant Clay, Emily Grezenski, Paige Grezenski, Kaylee Schultz, Grace Schultz and Michael Hertel; his siblings, Bill Drea, Pat Cady (Dan), Colleen Fahey (Ron), Carol Bulin (Gary), Mary Krekeler (David) and Wanda Drea; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Perugini, Shirley Fatherree and Linda Brockman (Gary).
