He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Louis and Rose Mary Louis (Durst); his brother Gerald Louis; and his grandparents, Nick, Clara Louis, Ferd and Tillie Durst.
He is survived by: his grandson Gideon; his wife Julie Louis of Cazenovia; his child Danielle Volk (Blake); and his siblings, Jean Fry (Gary), Tom Louis (Patty), Bob Louis and Marianne Louis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
