She was predeceased by : her former life partner Vincent Kurth; her husband Richard Lesak; and her son Kevin Kurth (Debbie). She is survived by : her children, Christy Hierz-Siebauer (David), Bonnie Walter (Don) and Jay Kurth (Janet); her grandchildren, Lindsay Hierz, Jenni LaCroix, Alex Kurth, Ben Walter and Steven Kurth; and her great grandchildren, Trevor Gray, Ethan Szablewski, Aurora LaCroix, Holly and Gemma Kurth. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
