She was predeceased by: her former husband Vincent Kurth; her husband Richard Lesak; and her son Kevin Kurth (Debbie). She is survived by: her children, Christy Hierz-Siebauer (David), Bonnie Walter (Don) and Jay Kurth (Janet); her grandchildren, Lindsay Hierz, Jenni LaCroix, Alex Kurth, Ben Walter and Steven Kurth; and her great grandchildren, Trevor Gray, Ethan Szablewski, Aurora LaCroix, Holly and Gemma Kurth. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
