He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Parmenter and Delores Parmenter (Dahl); and his sister Gail. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Zebell); his grandchildren, Tom and Melissa Parmenter; his children, Nicole, Megan of Germantown, WI, Dennis, Lori Parmenter, Allie, Maddie of DeForest, WI, Cheri and Luis Bonilla; his grandsons, Luis Fernando and Joe of Janesville, WI; his children, Chad and Kim Parmenter; his grandchildren, Blake and Scarlett of West Bend, WI; and his siblings, Kathy Marx (Russell) of Marshfield, WI and Alan Parmenter (Lorna) of Appleton, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given in Steve's name.
