He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Evans and Bonnie Evans (Koehler); and his sister Jill Evans. He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Evans (Mary), Wayne Evans (Laurie), David West (Colleen), Shelly Steinhoff (Junior), Kevin West (Debbie) and Tim West (Susie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
