He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Gutierrez and Eileen Gutierrez (Schreier); his mother-in-law Connie Gutierrez (Pittman); and his aunt Bernice Suhr. He is survived by: his wife Linda Horswill; his daughter Anna Maas (Michael); his grandchildren, Maggie, Emma and Carter; his son Michael Gutierrez (Katie); his grandchildren, Oscar, Marley and Vincent; his brother Michael Gutierrez (Phylissa); and his nephew Eric. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cashton Fire and Rescue.
