He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Summerfield and Pauline Summerfield (Marcum); his former wife Sarah; his siblings, Freda Perkins, Bob and Paul Summerfield; and his son-in-law Charles Cotton.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Biever) of Cashton, WI; his sons, Terry Summerfield (Lisa), Keith Summerfield (Valerie), Kevin Summerfield (Crystal) and Mark (Chandra); his stepdaughter Lisa Cotton; his siblings, Nancy Doerson, Bill Summerfield (Betty), Lee Summerfield and Judy Hall (Earl); his grandchildren, Ryan (Ashton), Austin, Jordan, Myles (Rebecca), Layne, Mason, TJ, MJ and John; and his great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Atlee, Gunner and Raegan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made in Fred's name to the Cashton First Responders, or to the Cashton VFW Scholarship Fund.
