He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his parent-in-law George Jeanquart; his brother Mark Kinnard; his brothers-in-law, Celine Cumber (John), Roy Jeanquart, George Jeanquart (Blanche), Harris Dhuey and Marie Jadin (James); and also Josephine Jeanquart.
He is survived by: his children, Lois Mauermann (Ron), Roger (Theresa), Rita Keber (Paul) of Waukesha, Sam (Shari), Patrick, Brent (Kari), Collin (Brittany) and Chantel; his great grandchildren, Josie, Paige, Camden, Kendall, Jude, Chelsea, Walker, Mason, Lexie, Will, Ana, Lauren, Brock, Lane, Karter, Brixton and Ryder; his siblings, Vincent (Darlene), Marvin (Donna), Allen (Dottie) and Monica VandenHouten (Kilton); his sisters-in-law, Emily Dhuey, Sharon Kinnard and Madeline Jeanquart; his fathers, Edward Looney and Anthony; and also, Green Bay, Fred (Jessie), Phil (Ali), Jacob, Sturgeon Bay, Josh (Kim), Carmen, Hugh (Laura), Franni Malcore (Jeremy), Ben, Casco, Eric (Dixie), Jason, Adam and Kewaunee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Norbert's memory to St. Peter & St. Hubert Catholic Church or Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund.
