He is survived by: his father Gary Thayse; his children, Madysen LeRoy (Trevor) of Green Bay and Maxwell Thayse of Green Bay; his siblings, Lori Hucek (Mike) of Forestville, Todd Thayse (Deb) of Forestville, Greg Thayse (Cheryl) of Forestville, Kim Gomand (Gary) and New Franken; and the mother of his children Melissa Olmsted. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
