He was predeceased by: his parents, William Monfils and Beulah Monfils (Bellin). He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Monfils (Jane) and Jelain LeCaptain (Carlton); his nieces and nephews, Todd LeCaptain, Toni Pichette (Brian), Tara Silbernagel (Joseph) and DJ Monfils; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua Pichette (Brittany), Paige Pichette, Clarissa LeCaptain and Maxwell LeCaptain.
