He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Nowak and Josephine Nowak (LePianka); his brother Anthony; his father-in-law Peter Buhr; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Buhr, Dorothy Nowak and Carol Nowak.
He is survived by: his wife Julaine Buhr; his sons, Bryan (Rachel), Adam (Shannon), Jordan (Jenny) and Stephen (Britanie); his grandchildren, Maria, Abigail, Desiree, John, Isaiah, GraceLynn, Saphira, Ezra, Carmelita, Tobias, Hezekiah, Zebedee, Blake, Aliya, Caleb and William; his siblings, Wenceslaus (Joan), Simon (Marylou), Walter (Janice), Jennie Petrack and CeCelia Zorn (Wayne); his mother-in-law Laura Buhr; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff Buhr, Lois Paul, Ann O'Hern (Dan) and Jodi Kay (Mike).
