He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Schultz and Amanda Schultz (Naumann); his wife Alice John of Paul's Lutheran Church; his son Richard; his grandson Jedidiah Schultz; his siblings, Marlin Schultz (Lucille), Byron Schultz (Laverne), Evelyn Schultz (Karl), Althea Laack (Erwin), Grace Laack (Darwin) and David Schultz (Annette); and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie John and Robert Hefter.
He is survived by: his children, William Schultz III (Yvonne Preder) of Waldo, Cathy Helmer (Steve) of Plymouth, Debra Huibregtse (Robert) of Plymouth, Ronald Schultz (Mary Jo) of Waldo and Peggy Wiehr (Mark) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Chris Helmer (Tina), Erika Bognar (Gary), Heather Scheffler (Rick), Tracy Kreisa (Drew), Amy Lewis (Mike), Abby Bauer (Dan), Amanda Roehrborn (Grant), Ashley Andre (Scott), Jesse Sohm (Matthew), Holly Green (Jeremy), Adam Huibregtse, Dustin Simonsen (Tonya), Owen Schultz and Alex Huibregtse; and his sister Marion Hefter of Cascade. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and several step great-grandchildren.
