Sylvester Joseph Neis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sylvester Joseph Neis of Campbellsport, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Neis and Hilda Neis; his brothers, Leo Neis and Robert Neis (Dee); his in-laws, Clarence and Cecilia Rohlinger; and his siblings-in-law, Gene Rohlinger (Helen), Lee Carpenter, Marian Karoses (John), Lucille Bassill (Syl) and Therese Rohlinger.
He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Rohlinger of Matthew's Catholic Church; his sons, Craig Neis (Sarah) and Cory Neis; his grandson Cole Neis; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Rohlinger (Donna), Carol Neis, Alice Carpenter and Rose Ramthun (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Calendar Twohig Funeral Home (109 W Main St, Campbellsport, WI 53010). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
