She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Legate and Valeria Legate (Jerry); her stepmother Marge Legate; her father-in-law John Becker; and her sister Cyndi Kemeny.
She is survived by: her children, Morgan Legate, Robert Becker (Melissa Willis) and Elizabeth Twohig (Timothy); her grandson Brandon Jacobson; her mother-in-law Laurene Becker; her siblings, Laura Wagner (David), Brian Legate (Traci) and Greg Legate (Alida); and her stepbrother Wayne Schultz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
