She is survived by: her husband Gregory Bestul; her children, Lisa Swanson (Scott) of Appleton and Gerald Bestul (Dena) of West Bend; her grandchildren, Jacob Ortman, Bryce Swanson, Brennen Bestul and Gabe Bestul; and her siblings, Janice Tzebiatowski (Dave), Larry Damask (Sue), Betty Bembenek (Marv), Kathy Groskek, Ralph Damask (Helen) and James Damask (Robyn).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Phyllis' name will be established.
