She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Horn and Howard Horn; her brother-in-law Erwin Lavrenz; and her parents-in-law, Beatrice Rajek and Ray Rajek.
She is survived by: her husband Alan R. Rajek of Matthew's Catholic Church; her children, Jo Dee Frank, Scott Rajek (Jodi) and Lynn Heimke (Lee); her grandchildren, Amber DiVilio (Justin), Bradey Frank (Abby), Jordyn Gahan (Kory), Jamie Arellano (Roque), Samantha Worley (Trevor), Danielle Rajek and Jon Rajek; her great grandchildren, Landon, Ella, Easton DiVilio, Rafa Arellano and Eloise Frank; and her sisters, Alice Lavrenz and Doris Schwartz (Kenny). She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
