He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neckuty and Elaine Neckuty (Tomlinson); his sister Debra Koontz; his brother-in-law Mark Mamerow; and his nephew Andy.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Hawkins; his sister Kathy Mamerow; his niece Krystle Polenska (Adam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoie and Bentlee. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
