It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth M. Weiland of Campbellsport, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias Thelen and Johanna Thelen (Schill); her husband Leander Weiland; her daughter Bonnie Weiland Hare; her son-in-law Dale Zingsheim; her granddaughter-in-law Jenny J. Jaeger; her siblings, Matty Thelen and Eleanor Sippel; and her siblings-in-law, Christine Zehren, Jim Heisler, Eldon Spradau, Hubert Sippel, Gilbert Lehner, Leonard, Rose Weiland, Edward Weiland, Agnes Burns, Reynold Weiland and Norbert Weiland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane M. Weiland, Lois Zingsheim and Jane Hutchinson (Jim); her son-in-law Pat Hare; her grandchildren, Jennifer Machecek (Bob), Jaclyn Luedtke, V. Bradley Jaeger (Christina) and Jill Pentek (Joe); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Grant, Liberty, Maddie, Alex, Jake, Matt, Lauren, Megan, Colton and Addyson; her sisters, Dolores Spradau and Ruth Lehner; her sister-in-law Mildred Weiland; her godson Bob Thelen; her friends, Eileen Flasch and Shirley Fechter; and her pets, Jada, Chip, Elsa, Fritz, Maverick, Mac and Ice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Campbellsport Public Library or to the St. Kilian Chapel Boiler Fund.
