He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bartoli and Evelyn Bartoli; his son Michael; his stepfather Martin Baerenwald; his siblings-in-law, Gerald, Antonia Zimmer and Agnes Zimmer; and his siblings, Francis Bartoli, Katherine (Art Tomlinson), Carl Zimmer, Bonnie Zimmer, Sue Zimmer, Daniel Lauters and Dale Brenon.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Toots" Zimmer; his children, Julie Bartoli (Tony Ranieri) of Sheboygan, Carl Bartoli (Candi) of Fond and Rebecca Bartoli of Campbellsport; his grandchildren, Cody Schrauth (Miranda Galligan), Brandon, Bailey Schrauth, Matthew Schrauth, Kristyn Schrauth, Gracelyn Engel, Jade Bartoli, Sophia Bartoli and Michael Bartoli; and his siblings, Richard (Sarah Bartoli), Charmaine (Raymond Hernandez), Dorothy (Manny Batzler), Ray Zimmer, Tom Zimmer, Helen Lauters and Irene Brenon.
