It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David John Hensen of Campbellsport, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Hensen and Sedonia Hensen; his siblings, Peter and Faye; and his brother-in-law Dick Thoma.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Nichols; his children, Sue Backhaus (Dean) of Mayville, Lois Petersen (Jim) of Campbellsport, David J Hensen, Jr. (Kay) of Birmingham, AL and Steve Hensen (Lisa) of El Paso, TX; and his siblings, Joyce St (Jim), Dick Hensen (Barb), Paul Hensen (Helen) and Lou Ann Benike (Mark). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
