He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra A. Baumgart (Larson). He is survived by: his father John Baumgart; his wife Wendy of Camp Douglas; his children, Ashley of Camp Douglas, Ethan of Camp Douglas and Sabrina of Camp Douglas; his stepmother Sandy Baumgart of Camp Douglas; his sister Ronda Gosda (Jason) of Camp Douglas; his niece Amy Gosda; and his nephew John Gosda of Camp Douglas. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
