He is survived by: his wife Marian Belcher; his children, John Belcher (Sheila), Pamela Reynolds, Kathryn Kobleska (Bill), James Belcher (Tracey), Steven Belcher (Tami) and Scott Belcher (Chris); and his grandchildren, Melissa Strait (Andrew), Kristin Dulinsky (Jason), Amanda Johnson (Tim), Jake Reynolds, Katelyn Schendel, Tangie Schendel, Billy Kobleska (Krista), Nicole Steig (Hannes), Derek Belcher (Katelyn), Nathan Twinde, Roger Belcher (Jessica), Sara Halwix (Mike), Josh Connor (Sydney), Kevin Griswold (Peyton) and Jason Griswold. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 expected great-grandchildren.
