He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Muehlenkamp and Genevieve Muehlenkamp (Berendes); his brothers, Paul, Bill and David Muehlenkamp; and his sister-in-law Bernice Zellmer.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Dawn Muehlenkamp, Rebecca Lueck (Dan), Jon Muehlenkamp (Ashley) and Sara Muehlenkamp; his grandchildren, Kristin, Karli, Brooke, Brielle, Brandon, Drew, John, Austin, Tucker and Natalie; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Nova, Kynlee and Layla; his siblings, Charlotte Muha, Eunice Daily and Charles Muehlenkamp (Sue); his siblings-in-law, Yvette Muehlenkamp, Betty Muehlenkamp, Pat Scheckel and Ron Schultz; and his aunt Alice Schmitz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
