He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hoffman and Agnes Hoffman (Garske); his wife Ann Betthauser; his daughter Debra Kuderer; his great grandchild Ramsie; his brothers, Kenny Hoffman (Rosella) and LeRoy Hoffman (Mary); and his brother-in-law Bob Puent.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Hoffman, Mary Worden (Randy), Laurie Loether (Mark), Paula Hoffman (Brent Peterson) and Craig Hoffman; his son-in-law Kevin Kuderer (Madonna); his grandchildren, Stephanie Ray (Nathaniel), Katrina Leis (Bradly), Kristen Reininger (Wayne), Jason Plevell (Amanda), Alex Plevell (Darla), Justin Plevell, Randy Jr. Worden (Tiffany), Kelly Worden (Travis Lamb), Matthew Loether, Sarah Loether (Andrew Yerke), Ben (Marissa), Jake (Mitchell Hoffman), Breanna, Samantha, Abbigayle, Katie Pulley and Conan (Erika Peterson); and his sisters, Marian Belcher (Ken) and Jeannette Puent. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
