He is survived by: his wife Margaret Swartz of Weyerhaeuser, WI.; his sons, Michael Swartz (Sharon) of Mikana and Darren Swartz of Bloomer; his grandchildren, Rylee and Nickolas Phillips; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Rouleau (Rick) of Weyerhaeuser, Ronald Miklos of Chicago, Ronald Prorok (Bonnie) of Bruce, Wally Prorok and David Prorok of Weyerhaeuser; and his uncle Stanley Matusewic of Milwaukee. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, family and friends.
