We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2021, at the age of 82, Richard Ellis Hatton of Cambridge, Wisconsin, born in Janesville, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Hatton and Velma Hatton (Easton); his former wife Charmaine Hatton; his children, Sherri Schoenemann and Ricky Hatton; his foster brother Lyle Jacobs; his brothers, Raymond and Robert Hatton; and his brother-in-law Don O'Neil.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara West; his children, Kathy Bedner, Barbie Spangenberg, Gary Poley (Debbie), Jim Poley and David Poley (Jamie); his daughter-in-law Lisa Hatton; his grandchildren, Jeremy Kvammen (Carrie), Jennifer Gilbert (Chris), Jessica VanFossen (Kyle), James Schoenemann (Kirsten), Jodi Schoenemann, Stephanie Bedner (Jamison Foster), Nicole Bedner, Brie Hatton (Jon Worm), Taylor Hatton (Nicole Hengel), Chase Hatton, Gary Poley, Jr., Amanda Poley, Kylah Banwart (Nathan), Shelby Poley (Carlos Gonzales), Elizabeth Nemec (Joe), Adam Poley (Holly Kroger), Brooke Vinje (Mark Brown), Tracey Gausmann (Broderick), Jason Gausmann (Haley), Laurie Janutolo, Anna Koch (Jake), Vaya and Zya Poley; his great grandchildren, Trae, Emma, Austin, Aiden, Devon, Damien, Ashton, Anthony, Amiya, Armani, Aurora, Jovi, Palmer, Erin, Shane, Kyleigh, Bentley, Brantley, Breckin, Lydia, Danielle, Sandra, Kamden and Owen; his brother David Hatton (Gail); his foster sister Margaret Sarrow; and his sisters-in-law, Darlene Bartz (Robert) and Sandra O'Neil.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, only 50 people are allowed into the funeral home at one time. Social distancing and face masks are required.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be gifted in Dick's name to London Lodge in Cambridge.
