Sims; his daughter-in-law Julie Sims; his grandchildren, Jordan Sims and Logan Sims; his sister Dianne Embleton; his nieces, Sharon Gardner and Chrissy Matthews (Mark); and his extended family, Dawn Shaw, AJ Shaw and Andrew Shaw.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jerry's name to Grace and Truth Bible Church.
