She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adolph and Betsy Anderson (Johnson); her siblings, Sanford, Orin, Edmund Anderson and Helen Hoops; her children-in-law, Katherine Wheeler Hensel and David Calhoun; and her siblings-in-law, Bertha May Burke, Mary Martin, John and Charles Hensel.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Hensel; her granddaughter Irene; and her children, Betsy Calhoun, Bonnie Ehrke (Carroll), Mary Ann Daniels (Roger), Susan Nelson (Tom), Thomas Jr. Hensel (Lisa Larson), Katherine Nelson (Jerry) and Daniel Hensel (Sheryl). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
