He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sara Rogers (Kyle) of Sun Praire, Matt Gottschalk (Michelle), Fort Atkinson and Michael Gottschalk (Randi); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Ellie, William Gottschalk, Ava Rogers and Aedan Rogers; his sisters, Cheryl Magnussen (Bob), Lake Mills and Bonnie Carlson (Jeff); and his aunts, Marcella Janney of Tomah, WI and Norma Gottschalk. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
