He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Auchtung and Joanne Auchtung (Klemme); and his siblings, Armand Auchtung and Julie Alsum. He is survived by: his children, Travis Auchtung (Kristin) and Lindsay Bishop (Jared); the mother of his children Cynthia Yelk; his grandchildren, Kyla, Mazie, Langston, Laikyn Bishop, Hayes and McKinley Auchtung; and his siblings, Lenny Auchtung (Diane), Connie Polinsky (Steve), Cameron Auchtung, Jackie Auchtung, Geri Auchtung, Mike Auchtung (Julie) and Butch "Rory" Auchtung. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless relatives and friends.
A procession was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Will Leave the Markesan Community Funeral Home (868 N Margaret St, Markesan, WI 53946). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Salemville Cemetery (N483 Co Rd M, Cambria, WI 53923). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Cambria Fire Department (702 Elizabeth St, Cambria, WI 53923).
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up at Farmers and Merchants Union Bank to disperse memorials into the continuing education accounts that Tim previously set up and routinely contributed to for each of his grandchildren.
