He was predeceased by: his parents, Tuenis Cupery and Jennie Cupery (Gaastra); his brothers, Peter and Dick; his sister-in-law Margaret; his sister Mary Homan (De Jager); and his stepsiblings, Nellie Herringa (De Jager), Wilma Westra (De Jager), Walter and Harry De Jager.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Cupery of Cambria; his children, Michael Cupery of Julian, CA and Kay Hubbard of Hartland, WI; his granddaughters, Ava and Liv Hubbard; his brother Ted De Jager (Pat) of Cambria; and his stepsister Sylvia Wiersma of Friesland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friesland Community Church (107 E Winnebago St, Friesland, WI 53935). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Friesland Community Church.
