He is survived by: his wife Beth Fetzik; his daughters, Stephanie Steinert (Tim), Naomi Kowald (Brian) and Tiffany Mlodzik; his grandchildren, Skyler, Brooklyn, Autumn, Maggie and John; and his brother-in-law Richard Fetzik (Charlotte).
