He is survived by: his parents, Palmer Johnson and Alice Johnson; his spouses, Bonita Van Hoof of Freedom, WI. and Bonnie; his daughters, Jennifer Mackey of Lodi and Jacquelyn Drews (Allen) of Randolph; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Kyle, Addison, Nolan, Reagan and Brooklyn; and his brothers, Marlin of Waukesha, WI and Larry of Bloomington, IL.
