He was predeceased by: his stepfather Joseph Campi; and his sister Anita Campi. He is survived by: his father Roland William Dieck; his wife Kimberly Jean Ragsdell; his children, Ky Crowe, Sarah VanWinkle and David VanWinkle, Jr.; his mother Darlyne Campi; his sisters, Rhonda Light, DeAnn Rodarte and Angela Campi; and his granddaughters, Miah Lankford, Lily Lankford, Shala Ensley and Violet VanWinkle.
